We maintain two distinct types of services in our company. eCommerce hosting and open source software that is released under the GNU 2.0 License. We strive daily to provide the best services we can possibly preform. From time to time, consumers of hosting and not limited to our software products may request a refund. This policy shall define and guide procedures in that attempt to seek a qualified refund under this policy and or polices.

StrikeHawk eCommerce, Inc. maintains niche' hosting services. Each of these entities maintains a seperate terms of service and acceptable use policies. Web resources for those are as follows:

Software Policies

Digital products are intagible items that are consumed from the moment of transfer. Inside the files that comprise the digital purchase in most instances will contain the GNU license preamble. And can be clarified further in the following paragraphs. Briefly, there are no refunds on digital products.
