Hosting support includes services needed to maintain your server operating to our basic server performance standards.  This includes:

• Assuring that our servers are configured to provide an optimal environment for out of the box installations of CRE Loaded
• Assuring that email services function as designed and as communicated to you in your welcome email.
• Assuring that database services function as designed and specified  by the vendor.
• Assuring that connection services such as SFTP, SSH and FTPES  function as they are specified in your welcome email.

Such services are included in your basic hosting charges and do not involve an additional charge of any kind. 

What is not included?

• Custom Script(s) installations. We provide Fantastico^® and Cpanel scripts free of charge. They install with no additional requirements.
• Home PC and Home PC Software
